wannagoonadate.app allows authenticated users to create personalized date invitation pages and share them with a recipient via a unique link. Recipients may view the invitation and submit an RSVP response without creating an account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or share illegal, offensive, or defamatory content in invitations or images
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create on the Service (invitation text, uploaded images, and other materials). By uploading content, you grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The wannagoonadate name, logo, design, and underlying code are the exclusive property of Louis Breyne. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Louis Breyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
