1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wannagoonadate.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or create invitations through the service. You must not use the service to create romantic, sexual, exploitative, humiliating or inappropriate content involving minors.

3. Description of the Service

WannaGoOnADate allows authenticated users to create personalized date invitation pages and share them with a recipient via a unique link. Recipients may view the invitation and submit an RSVP response without creating an account.

4. Account Registration

To create invitations, you must sign in using a supported authentication provider (currently Google). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs through your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WannaGoOnADate in a respectful, lawful and non-abusive way.

You must not use the service to:

• harass, threaten, pressure, shame or intimidate another person;
• stalk, track or repeatedly contact someone who has declined or ignored an invitation;
• impersonate another person;
• publish private information about another person without permission;
• upload images of another person without the necessary rights or consent;
• create invitations involving minors;
• upload intimate, sexual, humiliating or non-consensual content;
• create content that reveals sensitive personal data about another person;
• create hateful, discriminatory, violent, defamatory or unlawful content;
• use the service for blackmail, manipulation, revenge, humiliation or coercion;
• send spam or mass unsolicited invitations;
• attempt to bypass security, abuse rate limits or scrape the service;
• use the service in a way that could harm the reputation, rights or safety of another person.

6. Respecting Consent

WannaGoOnADate is designed for playful and respectful invitations. The service must not be used to pressure someone into accepting an invitation. Recipients are free to ignore, decline or report an invitation.

A refusal, lack of response or removal request must be respected.

7. User Content

You remain responsible for the content you create, upload or share through the service. You confirm that:

• you own the rights to the content you upload, or have permission to use it;
• your content does not infringe the rights of another person;
• your content does not contain unlawful, non-consensual, intimate, exploitative, defamatory or harmful material;
• your content does not include personal data about another person unless you have a lawful and respectful reason to provide it.

By creating or uploading content, you grant WannaGoOnADate a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and technically process that content only for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

8. Reporting and Content Removal

Recipients and third parties may report invitations that they believe are unlawful, abusive, non-consensual, harassing, impersonating, privacy-invasive or otherwise inappropriate.

We may review, restrict, remove or disable access to content at our discretion, especially where it may violate these Terms, the law or the rights of another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously misuse the service.

9. Moderation

We may moderate content manually or automatically to detect abuse, spam, harassment, unlawful content or violations of these Terms.

We are not under a general obligation to monitor all content, but we may act when we become aware of problematic content or misuse.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us or using the account deletion feature where available.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security or abuse prevention reasons.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, source code, texts, logos, visual identity, interface elements and original content of WannaGoOnADate are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

13. Paid Features

Some features may be offered as paid features.

Before purchasing, you will be informed of:

• the price and applicable taxes;
• the payment method;
• refund and cancellation conditions;
• right of withdrawal, where applicable.

Paid features will not be activated until payment has been confirmed.

Where legally applicable, you may have a right of withdrawal. If you request immediate access to digital content or paid digital features, you may be asked to expressly waive your withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WannaGoOnADate is not liable for:

• user-generated content;
• misuse of the service by users;
• emotional, reputational or relational consequences resulting from invitations;
• loss of data where reasonable backup and security measures were in place;
• temporary unavailability of the service;
• indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the safety, security or rights of others.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

For minor changes, the updated Terms will apply once published on the website. For material changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and may request deletion of your account.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
